Welcome to SkinBite. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SkinBite, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

SkinBite is a health and wellness application that helps users track dietary habits and understand the relationship between nutrition and skin health through the gut-skin axis.

3. Medical Disclaimer

SkinBite is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The information provided is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician regarding medical conditions or dietary changes.

4. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon purchase confirmation
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before period end
• Manage and cancel subscriptions in App Store account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant SkinBite a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use this content for providing and improving our services.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, reverse engineer the app, transmit malicious code, create multiple accounts, or collect data about other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SkinBite are the exclusive property of SkinBite and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkinBite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
